Dick Kelsey
Dick has represented the 93rd District since 2005. Dick serves on the Appropriations and Social Service Budget Committees.  Additionally, he serves as a member of the Veterans, Military and Homeland Security Committee.  Dick was elected Republican Caucus Chair in 2006 and now has a unique opportunity to better serve the citizens of the 93rd District as well as assist other Republican legislators serve their districts.

The Republican Caucus Chair

The position of Caucus Chair dates back to 1991, and a Republican has held the position since 1993.  In his capacity, the Caucus Chair ensure that meetings of the majority caucus are structured, informative and effective.  It is the responsibility of the Caucus Chair to keep caucus members informed of issues that the full House will consider.

The District
The 93rd district is comprised of portions of northeast Kingman County and southwest Sedgwick County.  The northern boundry is formed by West 29th Street North, NE 50th avenue on the west and eastern border including Goddard and Haysville.  For a district map, click here.
